A reality show that had beginnings in the U.K. dating back to 2006. The show typically follows rich millionaires as they secretly go undercover and agree to go into rundown communities in poverty, and give away tens of thousands of dollars. In order to keep their disguise, the camera crew is simply explained as a crew filming a documentary in the area. As the millionaires take on a secret identity and agree to live in a deprived community, for a little over a week, they have to live and fend for themselves. Throughout the days, the millionaire will work together with the locals, hiring some of them for projects, to see if they’re worthy enough for a cut of their fortune.
